Common questions about Prizmi — what it is, what it can do, and how it works.

Prizmi is your proactive personal AI assistant. It connects to your phone and all your computers to help you with everyday tasks. If you want, Prizmi can continue doing things on a regular basis without you asking every time. Think of it as a helpful and competent personal assistant you can message anytime, from your phone or right in your web browser:

  • Ask it to check your emails every day, identify the ones that need a reply, and prepare a draft for you using your style.
  • Ask it to remind your mom to take her medications every day.
  • Ask it to look up information for you and send you reports.
  • Ask it to solve a coding question that shows up on your computer and send the answer to your messaging app on your phone or tablet.
  • Ask it to manage files on your computer.
  • Ask it to fill out a form on a website for you, like checking in for a flight.
  • Ask it to do a hundred other things; the sky is the limit!

Unlike other assistants that only answer questions, Prizmi can actually proactively do things for you on your real devices, while keeping you in full control.

Prizmi can help you with a wide range of everyday tasks:

  • Manage your email — read, categorize, and draft replies every day, using your own style. You can provide feedback to it and it will keep that in mind :)
  • Send you and your loved ones reminders — you can connect your mom's device and ask Prizmi to remind her to take her medications
  • Wake you up every morning by an inspiring quote or a funny joke
  • Answer questions — weather, news, recipes, stock prices, sports scores, and more
  • Perform tasks on your computer — organize files, take screenshots, solve puzzles/coding questions and send it to your messaging app, search for documents
  • Use websites on your behalf — fill out forms, navigate pages, and complete tasks on real websites using your browser
  • Schedule recurring tasks — any schedule you can describe: daily, specific weekdays, certain days of the month, multiple times per day, or even different times on different days. For example, “Check my email every weekday at 9 AM, find ones that need a response and draft replies for me.”
  • Set one-off reminders and tasks — “Remind me to call the dentist tomorrow at 2 PM” or “Send mom a happy birthday text on June 5th at 9 AM”
  • Look up information — web search, Wikipedia, translations, dictionary, time zones
  • Send notifications — reminders and alerts straight to your phone
  • Manage your calendar — Google Calendar integration
  • ... you are only limited by your imagination

Using Prizmi is as simple as sending a text message:

  1. You message Prizmi through a messaging app like Telegram, or right in your web browser.
  2. Prizmi understands your request and figures out the best way to help.
  3. It either answers directly or works with your computer to complete the task.

You stay in control. Prizmi checks with you before anything important on your devices, and you decide what it can do. You can mark a skill as sensitive, so its results can only be opened on your own device.

Security and privacy are at the core of everything we build. Here is how Prizmi protects you:

  • Your data is encrypted — Your information is encrypted and kept private. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI.
  • End-to-end encryption on demand — You can mark any device skill as sensitive. When you do, results are encrypted end-to-end so that only your own device can open them. Nobody in between, not even Prizmi, can see the data.
  • Your messages are private — Messages you send to Prizmi are encrypted and kept private. In your conversation with Prizmi (in a messaging app or your web browser), your history syncs across your devices so you can pick up where you left off, and you can clear it anytime.
  • Commands are cryptographically signed — Every command sent to your devices is signed to prevent tampering. If anyone tries to alter a command in transit, your device will reject it.
  • You make the final call — Prizmi does the work and gets everything ready, but you decide the important moments. On the web, it fills out forms but never clicks Submit, Pay, or Send. You make that final click yourself. For email, it writes drafts for you to send rather than sending on its own. More powerful actions, like changing or deleting a file, are turned off by default. You choose whether to enable them, and they always ask for your approval first.
  • You approve actions — Commands that affect your devices can require your explicit approval before they run. You configure which skills need approval and which can run automatically.
  • You control access — You decide which folders, websites, and skills Prizmi can use on each of your devices. Prizmi cannot override these permissions.
  • Full account deletion — When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed.
  • Secure payments — Prizmi never stores your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prizmi is designed to store as little as possible, and your personal information is kept encrypted. Here is a clear breakdown:

What Prizmi stores (encrypted)

  • Agent memory — Notes Prizmi keeps to remember your preferences and context. Encrypted with keys unique to you. You can erase this memory at any time.
  • Custom commands — Shortcuts you create (like $snap). Encrypted before storage.
  • Recurring and one-off task data — The instructions for your scheduled and one-off tasks. Encrypted at rest.
  • Skill credentials — OAuth tokens and API keys for connected services (like Gmail). Encrypted with keys unique to you.
  • Browser session activity — When Prizmi uses a website for you, the session log is encrypted at rest and automatically deleted.
  • SMS contact labels — The names of your SMS contacts are encrypted with keys unique to you.
  • Your messages — Messages you send to Prizmi are encrypted and kept private. In your conversation with Prizmi (in a messaging app or your web browser), your history syncs across your devices and you can clear it anytime.

What Prizmi does NOT store

  • Your email content — When Prizmi manages your email, it fetches messages temporarily to draft replies, then deletes the session data. Your email stays in Gmail.
  • SMS message content — Text message content is encrypted temporarily during the approval window (a few minutes), then permanently deleted after sending.
  • Browser passwords — When Prizmi uses a website for you, password field values are never recorded.
  • Command results — Results from device commands are delivered and then deleted.

Your account settings, skill preferences, and device connections are stored but do not contain sensitive personal information.

Prizmi has simple plans: a Free plan you can use every day at no cost, Pro at $20/month (or $200/year, two months free), and Max at $100/month for heavy daily use. Each plan includes an amount of usage that refreshes regularly, so there's never a surprise bill.

If you occasionally need more than your plan includes, you can add one-time usage credit (from $5) without changing plans. See our pricing page for the full comparison. You can change or cancel your plan anytime with one click.

Every Prizmi plan includes an amount of usage. Everything you ask Prizmi to do draws from it a little, and it refreshes automatically on a regular schedule. Your plan page shows a simple bar with how much you've used and when it refreshes, with no per-message math and no meter anxiety.

Usage credit is an optional one-time top-up (from $5) for the occasional stretch when you need more than your plan includes. It's only used after your plan's included usage, and it doesn't expire with your billing cycle.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card required. It includes usage that refreshes automatically, so you can use Prizmi a little every day: ask questions, run skills, connect a device, and see how it fits your life.

If you find yourself wanting more room, paid plans include much more usage, and you can change or cancel anytime.

You can chat with Prizmi in two easy ways: through a messaging app like Telegram (recommended, so Prizmi can reach you with reminders, check-ins, and scheduled tasks even when your browser is closed), or right in your web browser with nothing to install. You can also install the Prizmi Link app on your computer so Prizmi can do things for you there. Prizmi Link is optional and is only used for completing tasks on your computers; we support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. You can connect multiple computers and devices to a single Prizmi account. For example, you could have a Windows desktop at home, a Mac laptop for work, and a Linux machine, all connected to the same account.

No! Many of Prizmi's features work without a computer at all. You can chat with Prizmi from your phone or right in your web browser, and ask it to help with your daily life semi-autonomously without asking every time. None of the cloud skills need a computer. A computer is only needed for tasks that involve your computer's files or screen (like organizing files, taking screenshots, or reading documents).

Absolutely! You can connect as many devices as you need:

  • Multiple computers (Windows, Mac, Linux in any combination)
  • Multiple phones

Prizmi keeps track of all your devices and works with the right one for each task. You can manage all your devices from your Dashboard.

Prizmi currently supports Telegram, which we recommend because it is free, works on every device, and lets Prizmi reach you with reminders, check-ins, and scheduled tasks even when your browser is closed. If you would rather not install anything, you can also chat with Prizmi right in your web browser.

We are actively working on adding more ways to chat, including the Prizmi app, in the future.

Yes! You can chat with Prizmi right here on our website, with no app to install and nothing to set up. Just sign in, open Chat from your dashboard, and start typing. It works on any device with a web browser, whether that is your computer, phone, or tablet.

For the best experience, we still recommend connecting Telegram as well. Because Prizmi is proactive and reaches out with reminders, check-ins, and scheduled tasks, Telegram makes sure those messages always find you, even when your browser is closed. Think of web chat as the quickest way to start, and Telegram as the way to stay connected on the go.

You can use either one, or both!

  • Web chat is the fastest way to begin. There is nothing to install: just open Prizmi in your browser and start chatting. It is great whenever you have a browser open.
  • Telegram is best for staying reachable. Since Prizmi can message you on its own with reminders, check-ins, and scheduled tasks, Telegram delivers those straight to your phone, even when your browser is closed.

Our advice: start chatting in your browser today, and connect Telegram so Prizmi can always reach you. You can add Telegram anytime from your dashboard.

Prizmi sends its messages back to wherever you set them up. If you ask for a reminder or set up a scheduled task while chatting in Telegram, that reminder and its updates arrive in Telegram. If you set them up while chatting in your web browser, they arrive right in the same conversation in your browser.

Because a reminder or scheduled update lands where you created it, here is the simple rule: to be sure you will see it, set it up in Telegram, which is always with you on your phone. If you prefer to set things up in your browser, keep a Prizmi tab open so the message can reach you, even when you are looking at something else.

Prizmi has a wide variety of skills organized by category:

  • Information & Knowledge — Weather, news, web search, Wikipedia, dictionary, translations, time zones
  • Finance & Markets — Stock prices, cryptocurrency prices, currency exchange rates
  • Lifestyle — Recipes, movie info, book info, sports scores, fun facts and jokes
  • Health & Wellness — Air quality, UV index
  • Productivity — Email management, calendar, to-do lists, quick notes
  • Communication — Text messaging (SMS)
  • Files & Documents — List, read, write, search, and organize files and folders on your computer
  • System & Device — Screenshots, screen analysis, system info, clipboard, open URLs, device notifications
  • Web & Browser — Fill out forms, navigate websites, and complete tasks on real websites using your own browser

New skills are being added regularly. You can browse and enable skills in the Skills section on your Dashboard (Cloud Skills and Device Skills tabs).

Yes! Prizmi can open websites in your real browser and interact with them on your behalf: filling out forms, clicking buttons, navigating pages, and completing tasks just like you would.

For example, you can ask Prizmi to fill out a flight check-in form, and it will open the airline's website, navigate to the right page, and enter your details. You review the result and take it from there.

How it stays safe:

  • Prizmi can only visit websites you have allowed in your Website Access list.
  • Prizmi asks for your approval before starting.
  • You can stop Prizmi at any time.

This feature requires the Prizmi Link app to be installed and running on your computer. If a website blocks automation, Prizmi can fall back to screen control mode. See “What if a website blocks Prizmi?” for details.

Only if you allow it. Here is how it works:

  • You choose which folders Prizmi can use, set up in the Prizmi Link app on your computer. Prizmi can only work with files inside the folders you have allowed.
  • Prizmi's main file helper is the File Organizer skill, which can find, read, organize, and move files within those folders. More powerful actions, like deleting a file, are off by default and always ask for your approval.
  • You can require approval for any action, so Prizmi always asks before it changes anything.
  • You can set different permissions for each of your computers.

Prizmi will never access your files without your explicit permission.

Sensitive actions always require your approval before they are executed. You are in full control:

  • You configure which skills need approval and which can run automatically.
  • You configure which device skills are sensitive so their results are delivered securely and only your device can open them.
  • For recurring tasks, you set them up once and Prizmi runs them on your schedule, but you can pause or cancel them at any time simply by asking Prizmi or using your dashboard.

Yes! Prizmi has a dedicated email management feature that works with Gmail. Here is what it can do:

  • Check your inbox — See your unread messages
  • Categorize emails — Automatically sort messages into actionable, informational, and promotional
  • Draft replies — Prizmi drafts responses for emails that need a reply

Important: Prizmi creates drafts in your Gmail Drafts folder. You always review and send them yourself. Prizmi tries to learn your style and use it. Your email content is never stored permanently by Prizmi.

You can give Prizmi feedback on how it's managing your emails and it will try to implement it.

Yes! Prizmi supports two types of scheduled tasks:

Recurring tasks

These run automatically on a repeating schedule. Prizmi supports virtually any schedule you can think of. For example:

  • “Check my email every morning at 9 AM, find ones that need a response and draft replies for me”
  • “Send me the weather in San Francisco every weekday at 8 AM”
  • “Send me a motivational quote every day except Sunday at 7 AM”
  • “Search for technology news every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 PM”
  • “Send mom a good morning text every day at 9 AM”
  • “Give me the Apple stock price on the 1st of every month at 9 AM”
  • “Send me the weather every weekday at 8 AM and 5 PM”
  • “Remind me to take a break every weekday at 10 AM and 3 PM”

Just describe your schedule in plain language and Prizmi will set it up. You can pause, resume, or cancel any recurring task at any time through chat or your Dashboard.

One-off tasks

These run once at a specific date and time. For example:

  • “Remind me to take my medication tomorrow at 8 AM”
  • “Send mom a birthday message on June 5th at 9 AM”
  • “Check the weather next Friday at 7 AM”

One-off tasks complete automatically after running. You can cancel them before they run through chat or your Dashboard.

If Prizmi needs your computer for a task but it is unavailable, Prizmi will automatically queue the task and keep trying for a period of time. You will be notified that the task is waiting.

Once your computer comes back online, the task will be completed automatically. If it cannot be reached within the retry period, you will be informed so you can try again later. You can always cancel your queued tasks by asking Prizmi or using your dashboard.

Not at all! Prizmi is designed for everyone: your entire family. Whether you only work with a phone or you are a tech expert; Prizmi can help with your daily life.

  • Just message Prizmi in plain language, the same way you would ask a competent personal assistant.
  • The setup process is guided step by step with clear instructions. You cannot get it wrong.
  • This documentation covers everything you might need, with simple explanations.

If you can send a text message, you can use Prizmi.

Check-ins are a feature that lets Prizmi proactively reach out to you with helpful suggestions and reminders. Instead of always waiting for you to ask, Prizmi reviews what you've shared with it (upcoming events you mentioned, habits you said you wanted to build, recurring tasks you set up) and sends a brief, thoughtful message when it has something genuinely useful to say.

For example, if you mentioned a family birthday in passing, Prizmi might bring it up before the day arrives. If you said you wanted to start a new habit, it may follow up later with a nudge. If a recurring task you set up has been quietly failing, Prizmi may surface that. Every check-in builds on what you've told Prizmi, never on data it shouldn't have.

Check-ins arrive wherever you chat with Prizmi. If you only use web chat, keep a Prizmi tab open so they can reach you. Connecting Telegram makes sure they always find you, even when your browser is closed.

Check-ins are on by default and can be turned off anytime from the Check-ins toggle in your navigation bar.

Prizmi stands out in several important ways:

  • It actually does things for you — Unlike chatbots that only answer questions, Prizmi performs real tasks while keeping you in full control.
  • If you request it, it does things for you on a regular basis on a schedule you decide.
  • Works across all your computers — Windows, Mac, and Linux, all from one account.
  • It can help your entire family; remind your mom to take her medication, remind your kids to do their homework.
  • Proactive scheduling — Set up recurring tasks and Prizmi handles them automatically.
  • You stay in control — You approve actions and choose exactly which skills are enabled.
  • Message-based — No new app to learn. Message Prizmi through Telegram like you would text a friend, or chat right in your web browser.

Prizmi adapts its check-in frequency based on your activity:

  • At most once per day (minimum 24 hours between check-ins).
  • At most 3 check-ins per week.
  • If you don't respond to a few check-ins in a row, Prizmi backs off and checks in less frequently.
  • If you've been active recently, Prizmi skips the check-in since you're already engaged.

The goal is to be helpful without being noisy. Prizmi only reaches out when it has something genuinely useful to say.

You are in the right place! This documentation is designed to answer every question you might have. Use the search bar at the top of this page to find what you need.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, use the contact form where you can reach us directly.

No. Prizmi respects quiet hours based on your timezone. By default, check-ins are paused between 9 PM and 8 AM in your local time. Prizmi will never wake you up with a check-in message.

Getting started is easy. Just three steps:

  1. Sign up for a free account.
  2. Connect Telegram (recommended) so you can chat with Prizmi and it can reach you with reminders, check-ins, and scheduled tasks, even when your browser is closed. Prefer not to install anything? You can also chat with Prizmi right in your web browser, with nothing to set up.
  3. Ask Prizmi anything or tell it to do something for you.

To use computer-related features, you can also download the Prizmi Link app and link your computer. The onboarding process guides you through everything step by step.

Yes! Prizmi can look at your screen and understand what's there. Just ask naturally:

  • Solve coding questions — “Solve the coding question on my screen”
  • Debug errors — “I'm getting an error on my terminal, help me fix it”
  • Reply to messages — “Look at my screen and tell me how to reply to this LinkedIn message”
  • Explain anything — “What are these settings on my screen?”

Prizmi takes a screenshot automatically, sends it to you, and then provides the analysis. You can also ask follow-up questions like “Explain the second part” or “Rewrite that in Java.”

Note: If screenshots are marked as “sensitive” (end-to-end encrypted), Prizmi cannot analyze them. To use screen analysis, set the Screen Helper skill to non-sensitive in Dashboard > Skills > Device Skills.

Yes! You don’t have to wait for Prizmi to finish one task before sending the next. You can send several requests in a row and Prizmi will work on each one, replying when it’s ready.

Each reply is linked to the message that triggered it, so you always know which answer goes with which question, even if some tasks take longer than others.

For example, you could message “Check my email” and immediately follow up with “What’s the weather tomorrow?” Prizmi handles both and replies to each one separately.

Yes! In addition to recurring tasks, Prizmi supports one-off scheduled tasks. Just tell Prizmi what you want and when:

  • “Remind me to take my medication tomorrow at 8 AM”
  • “Send mom a birthday text on June 5th at 9 AM”
  • “Check the stock price of AAPL next Monday at market open”

Prizmi will confirm the date and time, then run the task once at the scheduled time. If your request is ambiguous (e.g., “remind me at 8” without AM/PM), Prizmi will ask for clarification.

You can view and cancel one-off tasks from Dashboard > Tasks in the One-Off tab. Once a one-off task runs, it is automatically marked as completed.

You don’t need a phone at all. You can chat with Prizmi right in your web browser from your dashboard, with nothing to install.

If you’d like Telegram too (recommended, so Prizmi can reach you with reminders, check-ins, and scheduled tasks even when your browser is closed), it works on every platform: iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, and even your web browser at web.telegram.org. You can install it on as many devices as you like and your chats stay in sync, so you can message Prizmi from whichever device is in front of you.

During setup we point you to your phone on purpose: it lets you connect in a single tap and is the smoothest, most reliable way to get linked. After that, Telegram on your computer works just as well for chatting with Prizmi. To install Telegram on your computer, visit desktop.telegram.org.

Step-by-step guides for setting up and using every Prizmi feature.

Creating your Prizmi account takes just a minute:

  1. Go to the Sign Up page (click “Sign up” in the top-right corner of any page).
  2. Enter your username, email address, and a password.
  3. Check your email for a verification link and click it to verify your address.
  4. That’s it! You’ll start on the Free plan right away, which includes usage you can use a little every day at no cost.

You can also sign up using your Google account for even faster setup.

After signing up, Prizmi guides you through a simple 3-step setup:

  1. Computer (optional) — Install Prizmi Link and link your computer if you want Prizmi to do things on your machine (organize files, use your browser, read your screen). Skip this if you’ll only use your phone.
  2. How you’ll chat — Connect Telegram (recommended) so Prizmi can reach you on your phone even when your browser is closed. Prefer not to install anything? You can also chat right in your web browser with no setup.
  3. Plan — Pick your plan. The Free plan needs no credit card — just continue and start using Prizmi. Paid plans give you much more usage and can be chosen here or anytime later.

You can skip the Computer step and add it later from your Dashboard. Connecting Telegram means Prizmi can always reach you, and you can start chatting in your browser right away.

Connecting Telegram lets you chat with Prizmi directly from your phone:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click “Link messaging app” (or find it in the onboarding steps).
  2. Follow the instructions to open Telegram and start a chat with Prizmi.
  3. Scan the QR code or tap the link to connect your Telegram account.
  4. Once connected, you can start messaging Prizmi right away!

After connecting, Prizmi will send you messages, notifications, and task results through Telegram.

Prefer not to install anything? You can also chat with Prizmi right in your web browser. See “Can I chat with Prizmi in my web browser?”

Chatting with Prizmi in your browser takes no setup:

  1. Sign in to your Prizmi account.
  2. Click Chat in your dashboard.
  3. Type your message and press send. That’s it!

When you first open the chat, Prizmi will ask if you would like notifications. Tap Enable notifications, then choose Allow in your browser, so you never miss a reply, a reminder, or an update. Keep your browser open (a single tab is enough) and Prizmi can reach you even while you are doing something else.

Want Prizmi to reach you even when your browser is closed? Connect Telegram too. It only takes a moment from your dashboard.

Let Prizmi send you notifications in your browser so you never miss a reply, a reminder, or an update:

  1. Open Chat from your dashboard.
  2. When Prizmi asks, tap Enable notifications, then choose Allow in your browser.
  3. Keep a Prizmi tab (or your browser) open in the background, and Prizmi can then show a notification even when you are looking at something else.

You can turn notifications on or off anytime from Settings in Prizmi. If your browser is blocking them, click the small icon next to the web address (usually a padlock or a settings icon) and allow notifications there. Notifications work best when your computer’s own notifications are turned on and “Do Not Disturb” is off. To be reached even when your browser is fully closed, connect Telegram as well.

The Prizmi Link app lets Prizmi perform tasks on your computer:

  1. Go to the Download page (linked from your Dashboard or the onboarding steps).
  2. Choose your operating system: Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  3. Download the installer for your system and run it.
  4. The app installs and runs quietly in the background. You do not need to interact with it.

After installation, proceed to link your computer to your Prizmi account (see next guide).

A linked phone lets you approve commands on the go, but you can also approve right in your web browser conversation with Prizmi. To link a phone:

  1. Go to My Devices in your Dashboard and click “Link messaging app”.
  2. If you are on a PC, a QR code will be displayed on screen. If you are on a phone device, you'll get a link that you can tap.
  3. Scan the QR code with your phone or tap on the link.
  4. Your phone is now linked and can be used to approve commands.

You can connect as many devices as you need:

  1. To add another computer, go to My Devices and click “Add a computer” to open the download page, then install and link Prizmi Link on each machine.
  2. To add another phone, go to My Devices and click “Link messaging app” to get a link or QR code with the new phone.

All your devices appear in your Dashboard > My Devices section. From there you can:

  • Enable or disable a device (disabled devices will not receive tasks).
  • Remove a device you no longer want connected.
  • See the status of each device (online/offline).

The Dashboard is your control center. Here is what each section does:

  • My Devices — View, enable, disable, or remove your connected computers and phones; add a computer (download link) or link a messaging app.
  • Chat — Chat with Prizmi right in your browser, with nothing to install.
  • Skills — Two tabs: Cloud Skills (weather, email, web search, etc.; no computer needed) and Device Skills (what Prizmi can do on each computer; choose “All devices” to enable a skill everywhere, or pick one device to manage its skills).
  • Commands — Create custom shortcuts for common tasks.
  • Tasks — Four tabs: Recurring (things Prizmi does on a repeating schedule, like a daily weather summary), One-Off (something scheduled once for a specific time, like a reminder tomorrow at 8am), Retry Queue (tasks waiting for a computer to come back online, retried automatically), and Browser (a record of the browser sessions Prizmi has run for you, so you can review what happened).
  • Plan & Usage — See your plan and usage bar, change or cancel your plan, and buy optional usage credit.

You can turn any skill on or off at any time:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and open the Skills section.
  2. Use the Cloud Skills tab (for skills like weather, email, etc.) or the Device Skills tab (for computer-related skills).
  3. Find the skill you want to change.
  4. Use the toggle to turn it on or off.

When a skill is turned off, Prizmi will not use it, even if you ask it to. This gives you full control over what Prizmi can and cannot do.

Each device skill has two important settings you can adjust:

  • Sensitive — A skill marked as sensitive can perform actions that you deem sensitive. Its result is delivered securely wherever you chat with Prizmi (a one-time link in Telegram, or right in your web browser conversation), and only your own device can open it.
  • Requires approval — When enabled, Prizmi will ask for your permission before using that skill. You receive a request and can approve or reject the action.

To configure these:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills and open the Device Skills tab.
  2. Select a device, then find the skill and look for the sensitivity and approval toggles.
  3. Adjust them as needed. You can set different permissions for each computer.

Tip: If you are not sure about a skill, enable “Requires approval” so Prizmi always asks you first.

Cloud skills work without a computer. They run on Prizmi’s servers. Examples include weather, news, web search, email, and more.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills and open the Cloud Skills tab to see all available cloud skills.
  2. Toggle any skill on or off.
  3. Some cloud skills (like Gmail or Google Calendar) require you to connect your account first. Click “Connect” and follow the authorization steps.

Once a cloud skill is enabled, just message Prizmi and it will use the appropriate skill automatically.

Device skills run on your computer and require a linked desktop. Examples include file access, screenshots, and clipboard operations.

  1. Make sure you have the Prizmi Link app installed and your computer linked.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Skills and open the Device Skills tab to manage them.
  3. Some skills are enabled by default (like listing files). Others (like deleting files) are opt-in and turned off by default for safety.

To use a device skill, just message Prizmi with what you need. For example: “Show me the files on my Downloads folder” or “Take a screenshot.”

Prizmi can use your browser to complete tasks on websites. Here is how:

  1. Make sure the Browser Use skill is enabled (Dashboard > Skills > Device Skills). If you also want Prizmi to fall back to screen control when a website blocks automation, enable OS-level input in the Prizmi Link app under Settings > Permissions.
  2. Send Prizmi a message describing what you need. Be specific about the website and the details. For example:
    • “Fill out the check-in form on American Airlines. Last name Smith, confirmation ABC123.”
    • “Set up vacation auto-reply on my work email.”
  3. Prizmi will ask for your approval before starting.
  4. Once approved, Prizmi opens the website in your browser, navigates to the right page, and completes the task: filling forms, clicking buttons, and scrolling as needed.
  5. When finished, Prizmi will let you know what it did. You can review the result and take over from there.

Tips for best results:

  • Include all the details Prizmi will need (names, dates, confirmation numbers, etc.).
  • Make sure the website is in your Website Access list (Prizmi Link app > Settings > Permissions > Website Access).
  • Keep your browser visible on screen while Prizmi is working.
  • You can tell Prizmi to stop at any point, for example: “just fill the form and I’ll take it from there.”

You can browse and enable skills in the Skills section of your Dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills.
  2. Use the Cloud Skills tab for skills that run on Prizmi’s servers (weather, email, etc.) or the Device Skills tab for skills that run on your computers.
  3. Use the search bar and category filters to find a skill. Each skill shows its name, description, and category.
  4. In Device Skills, select “All devices” to enable a skill on every computer with one click, or select a specific device to manage that device’s skills.
  5. Use the toggle to turn a skill on or off.

Connect your Gmail to let Prizmi help with your email. You have two options:

Option 1: App Password (Recommended)

Prizmi uses a special 16-character password from Google (not your normal Gmail password). Follow these steps in order.

  1. In Prizmi: go to Dashboard > Skills, open Cloud Skills, find Gmail, turn it on, and choose Use an App Password. Leave that window open for later.
  2. Sign in to Gmail in your browser (mail.google.com) with the Google account you want to use.
  3. In Gmail, click your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner, then click Manage your Google Account. (If you are not in Gmail, open myaccount.google.com while signed in.)
  4. On the left, click Security. (On a phone, open the menu first if you do not see it.)
  5. Turn on 2-Step Verification if it is not already on. App Passwords only work after this is enabled.
  6. In the left menu, click Home to return to the main Google Account page. At the top, use the search box (magnifying glass), type App passwords, and open that result, or go directly to App Passwords.
  7. On the App passwords page, type a name in the App name field (e.g. Prizmi), click Create, then copy the 16-character password Google shows.
  8. Back in Prizmi, enter your full Gmail address and paste the App Password, then click Save & Enable.

Option 2: Use Your Own Google App (Advanced)

For developers who want scoped OAuth access:

  1. Go to Google Cloud Console and create a new project.
  2. Enable the Gmail API (APIs & Services > Library).
  3. Configure the OAuth consent screen (External, Testing mode).
  4. Add your email as a test user.
  5. Create an OAuth Client ID (Web application type).
  6. Add this redirect URI: https://prizmi.ai/api/skills/gmail/oauth/callback/
  7. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
  8. In Prizmi, toggle Gmail on, choose “Use your own Google app”, and paste your credentials.
  9. Click Save, then authorize access when redirected to Google.

What You Can Do

Once connected, ask Prizmi things like:

  • “Check my email”
  • “What’s new in my inbox?”
  • “Draft replies to my important emails”

Prizmi creates drafts in your Gmail Drafts folder. You always review and send them yourself.

Connect Google Calendar to let Prizmi help manage your schedule:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills, open the Cloud Skills tab, and find Google Calendar.
  2. Click “Connect” and authorize access through Google.
  3. Once connected, Prizmi can check your upcoming events and help you manage your schedule.

Try asking: “What’s on my calendar today?” or “Do I have any meetings this week?”

The SMS skill lets Prizmi compose text messages for you. Here is how it works:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills, open the Cloud Skills tab, and find Text Messaging (SMS).
  2. Enable the skill by toggling it on.
  3. Message Prizmi with what you want to send. For example:
    • “Remind my mom at +1 212-555-3456 to take her medication every morning”
    • “Send a good morning text to my sister at +1 310-555-3457 every day”
    • “Compose a birthday text for my friend at +1 312-555-3458”
  4. Prizmi drafts the message and shows it to you for approval. You can Approve, Modify, or Deny the message.

The SMS skill also works with recurring schedules. For example, ask Prizmi to “send my mom a good morning text every day” and Prizmi will compose a fresh message for you each morning.

Tips:

  • Prizmi remembers your contacts. After the first message, you can refer to them by name.
  • You can give Prizmi feedback on its writing style and it will adapt future messages.
  • Phone numbers can be provided in any common format (e.g. +1 212-555-3456, (212) 555-3456, 2125553456).

Once Gmail is connected, checking your email and drafting replies is simple:

  1. Send Prizmi a message like “Handle my emails: find ones that need a response and draft replies for me.”
  2. Prizmi will fetch your unread emails and organize them into categories:
    • Actionable — Emails that need a response
    • Informational — Updates and FYIs
    • Promotional — Marketing and newsletters
  3. For actionable emails, Prizmi drafts replies that appear in your Gmail Drafts folder.
  4. Open Gmail, review the drafts, make any edits, and send them yourself.

You can also set this up as a recurring task so Prizmi checks your email automatically every morning. Furthermore, you can provide feedback to Prizmi so it incorporates your feedback and improves over time.

Recurring tasks let Prizmi do things for you automatically on a schedule. Just describe what you want in plain language:

  1. Message Prizmi with what you want and when. Prizmi understands virtually any schedule. For example:
    • “Check my email every morning at 9 AM and draft replies for me”
    • “Give me the weather in New York every weekday at 8 AM”
    • “Search for technology news every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 PM”
    • “Send me a motivational quote every day except Sunday at 7 AM”
    • “Send mom a good morning text every day at 9 AM”
    • “Give me the Apple stock price on the 1st of every month at 9 AM”
    • “Send me the weather every weekday at 8 AM and 5 PM”
    • “Remind me to take a break every weekday at 10 AM and 3 PM”
  2. Prizmi will confirm the schedule with you, showing exactly when the task will run.
  3. Once confirmed, the task runs automatically on your schedule.

You can manage all your recurring tasks from Dashboard > Tasks, in the Recurring tab.

One-off tasks let you schedule Prizmi to do something once at a specific date and time:

  1. Message Prizmi with what you want and when. For example:
    • “Remind me to take my medication tomorrow at 8 AM”
    • “Send mom a birthday text on June 5th at 9 AM”
    • “Check the weather next Friday at 7 AM”
  2. If your request is ambiguous (e.g., missing AM/PM or no specific time), Prizmi will ask for clarification.
  3. Prizmi will confirm the date and time with you.
  4. The task runs automatically at the scheduled time and is marked as completed.

You can manage one-off tasks from Dashboard > Tasks, in the One-Off tab. Active tasks can be cancelled; completed tasks appear with a “Completed” badge.

Note: One-off tasks cannot be paused or resumed. They either run once or are cancelled.

You can manage your recurring tasks in two ways:

Via chat: when Prizmi schedules a task, it will tell you how you can cancel it. Via Dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Tasks and open the Recurring tab.
  2. Find the task you want to manage.
  3. Click Pause, Resume, or Cancel.

Note: Pausing a task preserves your schedule and settings. You can resume it later and it will continue from where it left off. Canceling removes the task permanently.

One-off tasks can only be cancelled (not paused or resumed) since they run only once. Cancel them from the One-Off tab in Dashboard > Tasks, or via chat.

When Prizmi cannot complete a task immediately (for example, your computer is offline), it places the task in a queue and lets you know. Similar to recurring tasks, you can manage your queued tasks in two ways:

Via chat: when Prizmi schedules a task, it will tell you how you can cancel it.

  • Via Dashboard: View queued tasks in Dashboard > Tasks, in the Retry Queue tab.
  • Each task shows its status, device, and when it will retry.
  • You can cancel a queued task if you no longer need it.

Queued tasks retry automatically when your device comes back online. If the retry period expires without success, you will be notified.

When Prizmi needs to run a sensitive command on your computer, it asks for your approval:

  1. You will receive an approval request wherever you chat with Prizmi, whether in your messaging app or right in your web browser conversation.
  2. It shows what Prizmi wants to do (e.g., “Read file report.docx”).
  3. Choose Approve to let Prizmi proceed, or Reject to stop the action.

Commands will time out automatically if you do not respond within a certain period, so nothing happens without your input.

Look for the Check-ins toggle in the top navigation bar. It sits next to your username on desktop, and inside the hamburger menu on mobile. Flip it on or off any time.

When you disable check-ins, Prizmi stops proactively messaging you immediately. You can re-enable them whenever you want. Prizmi will resume checking in within 48 hours.

Every check-in message also includes a reminder that you can turn off the feature from your dashboard.

Go to Dashboard > Plan & Usage to see everything in one place:

  • Your current plan and when it renews.
  • A usage bar showing how much of your included usage you've used and when it refreshes.
  • Any usage credit you've purchased.
  • Your transaction history for purchases and refunds.

A small usage bar also appears in your dashboard sidebar, so you always know where you stand at a glance.

Prizmi can read a coding question from your screen and provide a working solution. Here's how:

  1. Open the problem on your computer (e.g., in a browser or IDE).
  2. Message Prizmi: “Solve the coding question on my screen in Python” (or any language).
  3. Approve the action if prompted.
  4. Prizmi captures your screen, sends you the screenshot, and then sends the solution with explanation.

Ask follow-ups: After receiving the solution, you can ask things like “Explain the time complexity”, “What about edge cases?”, or “Rewrite that in JavaScript.”

Tip: Create a custom command shortcut (e.g., $solve) mapped to “Solve the coding question on my screen” for quick one-tap access.

You can manage your plan anytime from Dashboard > Plan & Usage:

  • Upgrade — Move to a higher plan and it takes effect right away, with much more usage immediately. Any unused time on your current plan is credited automatically.
  • Downgrade — Move to a lower plan and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you’ve paid for until then.
  • Cancel — Cancelling stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then move to the Free plan.
  • Reactivate — Changed your mind after cancelling? Turn your plan back on before the period ends and nothing is interrupted.

See our pricing page for the full plan comparison, including monthly and annual options.

Usage credit is an optional one-time top-up for when you need more than your plan includes:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Plan & Usage.
  2. In the Usage Credit section, choose an amount: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, or a custom amount.
  3. Complete payment through Stripe (secure payment processing).
  4. Your credit is available immediately.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prizmi never stores your card details. Tip: if you hit your plan's limit regularly, upgrading your plan is usually the better deal.

Prizmi can read a visible conversation on your screen and suggest an appropriate reply:

  1. Open the conversation on your computer (LinkedIn, email, Slack, Teams, or any messaging app).
  2. Message Prizmi: “Look at my screen and tell me how to reply to this message.”
  3. Prizmi captures your screen, reads the conversation, and suggests a reply with the right tone and context.

The suggested reply is ready to copy and paste. You can also ask follow-ups like “Make it more formal” or “Shorten it.”

Auto top-up keeps usage credit on hand automatically (entirely optional — most users never need it):

  1. Go to Dashboard > Plan & Usage > Auto Top-Up.
  2. Set a threshold (e.g., top up when my credit drops below $2).
  3. Choose a top-up amount (e.g., $10 each time).
  4. Select a saved payment method.

When your usage credit drops below the threshold, Prizmi purchases the top-up for you automatically. You can turn it off anytime.

Custom commands let you create shortcuts for things you do often or commands that you don't want to show up in the messaging app:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Commands.
  2. Click “Create new command”.
  3. Enter a trigger name (e.g., $snap) and the prompt (what Prizmi should do when you use it).
  4. Save your command.

Now, whenever you message Prizmi with your trigger (e.g., $snap), it will automatically execute the prompt you defined. This saves time for tasks you repeat frequently.

If you no longer want a device connected to Prizmi:

  1. Go to Dashboard > My Devices.
  2. Find the device you want to remove.
  3. Click “Remove”.

The device will be immediately unlinked from your account and can no longer be used with Prizmi. If you change your mind, you can always re-link the device later.

You can enable end-to-end encryption for any device skill. When a skill is marked as sensitive, results are encrypted so that only your device can decrypt them. Not even Prizmi can access the data.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills and open the Device Skills tab.
  2. Select the device you want to configure.
  3. Find the skill you want to protect and look for the sensitivity toggle.
  4. Enable “Treat as sensitive”.

What happens when a skill is sensitive:

  • Results are encrypted end-to-end before they leave your device.
  • They are delivered securely wherever you chat with Prizmi: a one-time link in Telegram, or right in your web browser conversation.
  • Only your own device can open and display the result.

You can set different sensitivity settings for each device. For example, you might mark screenshots as sensitive on your work computer but not on your personal one.

You have full control over what Prizmi can do on each of your computers. Access is restricted at multiple levels:

Skill-level control

  1. Go to Dashboard > Skills and open the Device Skills tab.
  2. Select a specific device or choose “All devices”.
  3. Toggle skills on or off — a disabled skill cannot be used, even if you ask for it.
  4. Enable “Requires approval” for any skill so Prizmi asks you before using it.

Folder access

In the Prizmi Link app, go to Settings > Permissions > Folder Access. You decide which folders Prizmi can read or write to. Prizmi cannot access folders outside this list and cannot change these permissions on its own.

Website access

When Prizmi uses your browser, it can only visit websites in your Website Access list (Prizmi Link app > Settings > Permissions > Website Access). Each computer has its own allowlist. You add or remove websites at any time.

Per-device permissions

Every setting above can be configured independently for each computer. Your work laptop can have different permissions than your home desktop.

Prizmi learns how you like things done. The trick is simple: say what you are talking about, then say what you would like. That way Prizmi knows the preference belongs to that kind of task and remembers it for next time.

Just tell Prizmi in your own words. For example:

  • “When you draft my emails, keep them short and skip the greeting.”
  • “From now on, when you text my sister, keep it casual.”
  • “When you reply to messages on my screen, match the other person’s tone.”
  • “When you organize my files, sort them by date instead of by type.”

Notice how each one names the activity first (“when you draft my emails…”) and then the preference. A vague note like “be less formal” can be unclear. Prizmi might think you mean only right now, in this chat, rather than for your emails. Naming the activity makes the preference stick where you want it.

A one-time tweak vs. a lasting preference: if you only want to change the thing in front of you, just say “make this one shorter” or “try again, but friendlier.” If you want Prizmi to remember it going forward, say “from now on…” or “next time you…”

You can change or undo a preference anytime. Just tell Prizmi the new way you would like it (for example, “actually, sign my emails ‘Cheers’ from now on”). Prizmi keeps these notes private and encrypted, and you can erase what it remembers whenever you like.

Most of the time, Prizmi’s Standard thinking is fast and sharp, and it handles everyday tasks beautifully. But for the things that matter most, you can ask Prizmi to slow down and think more carefully. This setting is called your Thinking Level.

There are three levels:

  • Standard — quick, capable help for everyday tasks. This is the default, and it’s already very good.
  • Deep — Prizmi takes a little longer to think things through, which helps with trickier requests.
  • Maximum — Prizmi’s most thorough thinking, for your most important tasks.

How to change it: open your Profile page and pick a level under “Thinking Level.” Your choice applies everywhere you chat with Prizmi.

Good to know: higher levels take a little longer and use more of your usage, so it’s best to save Deep and Maximum for the tasks that really need them. Choosing your Thinking Level is included with the Pro and Max plans. On the Free plan, Prizmi always uses Standard.

Answers to “what if” scenarios — what to do when something unexpected happens.

Yes, absolutely! All cloud-based skills work without a computer. You can chat with Prizmi from your phone or right in your web browser, and:

  • Ask questions and get instant answers
  • Check weather, news, and sports scores
  • Search the web
  • Look up recipes, movies, and books
  • Check stock and cryptocurrency prices
  • Translate text and find definitions
  • Manage your email (Gmail)
  • And many more

A computer is only needed for tasks that specifically involve your computer’s files, screen, or clipboard.

If you lose your phone, you should remove it from your Prizmi account immediately:

  1. Log in to your Prizmi account from any web browser (on any computer or someone else’s phone).
  2. Go to Dashboard > My Devices.
  3. Find the lost phone and click “Remove”.

This immediately revokes the phone’s access to your account. Optionally, you can reset Prizmi's memory.

Prizmi handles this automatically:

  1. The task is placed in a queue and Prizmi keeps trying periodically.
  2. You receive a notification that the task is waiting for your computer.
  3. Once your computer comes back online, the task is completed automatically.
  4. If the retry period expires (your computer was offline for too long), you will be informed and can request the task again.

You can view and manage queued tasks in Dashboard > Tasks, in the Queued tab.

Nothing bad happens. Prizmi simply lets you know, and your usage refreshes automatically. When you reach the limit, you have three easy options:

  • Wait — Prizmi tells you exactly when your usage refreshes.
  • Upgrade your plan for much more usage (takes effect immediately).
  • Add usage credit — a one-time top-up from $5, used only after your included usage.

Scheduled and recurring tasks pause politely at the limit and resume once your usage refreshes.

If something goes wrong, Prizmi will notify you with details. Common reasons for task failures:

  • Your computer is offline or unreachable.
  • A required skill is disabled — check your Dashboard to enable it.
  • An external service is temporarily unavailable (e.g., a website is down).

What you can do:

  • Try the task again — temporary issues often resolve themselves.
  • Check this documentation for relevant troubleshooting guides.

For recurring tasks, Prizmi will automatically pause the task after several consecutive failures and notify you, so you can investigate and fix the issue.

Some websites detect and block automated browsers. When this happens, Prizmi can switch to screen control mode. It opens the website in your normal, everyday browser and interacts with it by reading the screen and controlling the mouse and keyboard, just like you would.

Before switching, Prizmi will ask for your approval and explain what it needs to do. You can approve or decline.

While in screen control mode:

  • Prizmi can only interact with the browser window. It cannot click or type anywhere else on your screen.
  • Prizmi cannot access the browser's address bar or navigate to a different website.
  • You can stop Prizmi at any time by tapping Stop Session in your messaging app or clicking Stop on the session banner in the Prizmi Link app.
  • The website must be in your Website Access list.

To use screen control mode, you need to enable OS-level input in the Prizmi Link app under Settings > Permissions. If it is not enabled, Prizmi will let you know that the website is blocked and cannot proceed.

You can pause any recurring task without canceling it:

  • Via chat: When scheduling a task, Prizmi will tell you how you can pause it;
  • Via Dashboard: Go to Dashboard > Tasks, open the Recurring tab, find the task, and click Pause.

When you are ready to start it again:

  • Via chat: when you schedule a task, Prizmi gives you instructions;
  • Via Dashboard: Click Resume on the paused task.

Your schedule and all settings are preserved while the task is paused.

If you approve a command by mistake, it will be executed on your device. Here is what you can do:

  • If the action was reversible (like creating a file), you can ask Prizmi to undo it.
  • If the action was not easily reversible (like deleting a file), check if your system has a recycle bin or backup.

Preventing this in the future:

  • Always read the command details carefully before approving.
  • Enable “Requires approval” for sensitive skills, and take a moment to review each request.
  • Disable skills you rarely use to reduce the chance of unexpected actions.

If Prizmi seems silent, check the following:

  1. If you use Telegram — Go to Dashboard > My Devices and make sure Telegram is still connected, and that notifications are turned on for Telegram on your phone.
  2. If you chat in your web browser — Make sure you allowed notifications when Prizmi asked (you can turn them on anytime from Settings in Prizmi, or by clicking the small icon next to the web address). Keep a Prizmi tab (or your browser) open in the background so Prizmi can reach you, and make sure your computer’s notifications aren’t muted by “Do Not Disturb.”
  3. Usage — If you’ve used up your plan’s included usage, scheduled tasks pause until it refreshes; check Dashboard > Plan & Usage to see where you stand.
  4. Skill status — Make sure the relevant skills are enabled.

If everything looks right and Prizmi is still quiet, try reconnecting from your Dashboard. For the most reliable notifications, even when your browser is closed, connect Telegram.

You have full control over what Prizmi can do on each of your computers. When you install Prizmi Link, you decide what can be accessed. If you don't give permission, Prizmi cannot access it. You can:

  1. Choose which folders Prizmi may use, right in the Prizmi Link app. Prizmi can only work with files inside the folders you have allowed.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Skills > Device Skills and turn off any skills you do not want Prizmi to use, such as the File Organizer or more powerful actions like deleting files.
  3. For skills you want to keep but watch closely, enable “Requires approval” so Prizmi asks you every time.

You can set different permissions for each computer. For example, you might allow file access on your home computer but not on your work machine.

When you ask Prizmi to do something on your computer, it determines which device to use based on:

  • Which devices are online — Only active, connected devices are considered.
  • Which devices have the required skill enabled
  • Context — If you mention a device by name (e.g., “on my work laptop”), Prizmi will use that device.

If multiple computers qualify and Prizmi is unsure, it may ask you to specify which one you mean. You can give your devices clear names (like “PC” or “Laptop”) to make this easier.

You can disconnect these services at any time:

  • From Prizmi: Go to Dashboard > Skills, open the Cloud Skills tab, find Gmail or Google Calendar, and click “Disconnect”.

Once disconnected, Prizmi will no longer be able to access your email or calendar until you reconnect the service.

If you suspect someone else has access to your account or messaging app, act quickly:

  1. If you chat in your web browser — The important thing is your Prizmi account: change your Prizmi password right away (Profile > Change password), and log out of Prizmi on any shared device.
  2. If you use Telegram — Remove the Telegram connection from your Prizmi account (Dashboard > My Devices), then change your Telegram password and turn on two-factor authentication if it is available.
  3. If you are not sure, it is safe to do both.

We will be sad to see you go! You can delete your account at any time:

  1. Go to your Profile page.
  2. Scroll down and click “Delete Account”.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes:

  • All your personal data
  • All connected devices
  • All settings and preferences
  • Any remaining usage credit
  • All recurring and queued tasks

If you have an active paid plan, deleting your account also cancels your subscription, so you won’t be charged again.

Make sure to disconnect any external services (like Gmail) before deleting your account.

If your internet connection drops while a task is running:

  • If the task is running on your computer, Prizmi Link may complete it locally even without internet.
  • If the task requires communication with Prizmi’s servers, it will be queued and retried when the connection is restored.
  • You will be notified of the outcome once connectivity returns.

In most cases, temporary connectivity issues resolve themselves and your tasks will complete normally.

Prizmi uses AI to understand and respond to your requests. While it is designed to be accurate, AI can sometimes make mistakes. If you receive an incorrect answer:

  • Try rephrasing your question — Sometimes a clearer question produces a better answer.
  • Be more specific — Adding details helps Prizmi understand what you need.
  • Verify important information — For critical decisions, always double-check important facts independently.

Prizmi learns from your interactions over time and gets better at understanding your preferences.

Currently, Prizmi supports Telegram. If you need to switch to a different Telegram account:

  1. Go to Dashboard > My Devices.
  2. Remove the current Telegram connection.
  3. Set up a new connection with your new Telegram account.

You can also chat with Prizmi right in your web browser at any time, with no messaging app required. Support for more ways to chat, including the Prizmi app, is planned for the future.

Resetting your password is straightforward:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click “Forgot password?”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your email for a reset link (it is valid for a limited time).
  5. Click the link and enter your new password.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from Prizmi and may take a minute to arrive.

Reach out anytime through the contact form. We review every request promptly and fairly.

  • Subscriptions: cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; except where the law requires, we don't prorate partial periods. When you upgrade, unused time on your old plan is credited automatically.
  • Usage credit: unused credit can be refunded; credit already used cannot.

Details are in our Subscription Terms.

You can turn off check-ins instantly using the Check-ins toggle in your navigation bar. Prizmi will stop messaging you immediately.

If you'd rather keep check-ins but want fewer of them, just don't respond to the ones you don't find useful. Prizmi automatically backs off when it notices its messages aren't getting responses. It will check in less frequently and be more selective about what it says.

There are a few reasons Prizmi might not be able to analyze your screen:

  • Screenshots are marked as sensitive: When the Screen Helper skill has “Treat as sensitive” enabled, screenshots are end-to-end encrypted and Prizmi cannot read them. To use screen analysis, go to Dashboard > Skills > Device Skills, find Screen Helper, and set “Treat as sensitive” to No.
  • Your computer is offline: Make sure Prizmi Link is running and your computer is connected. Check Dashboard > My Devices. Your device should show “Active” with a recent “Last seen” time.
  • Screen recording permission: On macOS, Prizmi Link needs screen recording permission in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording.

If you just want a screenshot without analysis, say “Take a screenshot”. This works even when screenshots are marked as sensitive. In that case, you’ll get a secure link that opens only on your own device, where the result stays private.
