What if I want to change which messaging app I use?

Currently, Prizmi supports Telegram. If you need to switch to a different Telegram account:

  1. Go to Dashboard > My Devices.
  2. Remove the current Telegram connection.
  3. Set up a new connection with your new Telegram account.

You can also chat with Prizmi right in your web browser at any time, with no messaging app required. Support for more ways to chat, including the Prizmi app, is planned for the future.
