Every plan includes an amount of usage that varies with how you use Prizmi; if you ever need more, you can add usage credit without changing plans. To keep Prizmi fast and fair for everyone, we may adjust usage limits over time.

Prizmi has simple plans: a Free plan you can use every day at no cost, Pro at $20/month (or $200/year, two months free), and Max at $100/month for heavy daily use. Each plan includes an amount of usage that refreshes regularly, so there's never a surprise bill.
If you occasionally need more than your plan includes, you can add one-time usage credit (from $5) without changing plans. See our pricing page for the full comparison. You can change or cancel your plan anytime with one click.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card required. It includes usage that refreshes automatically, so you can use Prizmi a little every day: ask questions, run skills, connect a device, and see how it fits your life.
If you find yourself wanting more room, paid plans include much more usage, and you can change or cancel anytime.
Nothing bad happens. Prizmi simply lets you know, and your usage refreshes automatically. When you reach the limit, you have three easy options:
- Wait — Prizmi tells you exactly when your usage refreshes.
- Upgrade your plan for much more usage (takes effect immediately).
- Add usage credit — a one-time top-up from $5, used only after your included usage.
Scheduled and recurring tasks pause politely at the limit and resume once your usage refreshes.
Every Prizmi plan includes an amount of usage. Everything you ask Prizmi to do draws from it a little, and it refreshes automatically on a regular schedule. Your plan page shows a simple bar with how much you've used and when it refreshes, with no per-message math and no meter anxiety.
Usage credit is an optional one-time top-up (from $5) for the occasional stretch when you need more than your plan includes. It's only used after your plan's included usage, and it doesn't expire with your billing cycle.

- Subscriptions: cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; except where the law requires, we don't prorate partial periods. When you upgrade, unused time on your old plan is credited automatically.
- Usage credit: unused credit can be refunded; credit already used cannot.

Most of the time, Prizmi’s Standard thinking is fast and sharp, and it handles everyday tasks beautifully. But for the things that matter most, you can ask Prizmi to slow down and think more carefully. This setting is called your Thinking Level.
There are three levels:
- Standard — quick, capable help for everyday tasks. This is the default, and it’s already very good.
- Deep — Prizmi takes a little longer to think things through, which helps with trickier requests.
- Maximum — Prizmi’s most thorough thinking, for your most important tasks.
How to change it: open your Profile page and pick a level under “Thinking Level.” Your choice applies everywhere you chat with Prizmi.
Good to know: higher levels take a little longer and use more of your usage, so it’s best to save Deep and Maximum for the tasks that really need them. Choosing your Thinking Level is included with the Pro and Max plans. On the Free plan, Prizmi always uses Standard.
