What if a task fails or produces an error?

If something goes wrong, Prizmi will notify you with details. Common reasons for task failures:

• Your computer is offline or unreachable.
• A required skill is disabled — check your Dashboard to enable it.
• An external service is temporarily unavailable (e.g., a website is down).

What you can do:

• Try the task again — temporary issues often resolve themselves.
• Check this documentation for relevant troubleshooting guides.

For recurring tasks, Prizmi will automatically pause the task after several consecutive failures and notify you, so you can investigate and fix the issue.
