What if I lose my phone and want to remove it from Prizmi?

If you lose your phone, you should remove it from your Prizmi account immediately:

1. Log in to your Prizmi account from any web browser (on any computer or someone else’s phone).
2. Go to Dashboard > My Devices.
3. Find the lost phone and click “Remove”.

This immediately revokes the phone’s access to your account. Optionally, you can reset Prizmi's memory.
