What if I want a refund?

Reach out anytime through the contact form. We review every request promptly and fairly.

• Subscriptions: cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; except where the law requires, we don't prorate partial periods. When you upgrade, unused time on your old plan is credited automatically.
• Usage credit: unused credit can be refunded; credit already used cannot.
