Where will Prizmi send my reminders and updates?

Prizmi sends its messages back to wherever you set them up. If you ask for a reminder or set up a scheduled task while chatting in Telegram, that reminder and its updates arrive in Telegram. If you set them up while chatting in your web browser, they arrive right in the same conversation in your browser.

Because a reminder or scheduled update lands where you created it, here is the simple rule: to be sure you will see it, set it up in Telegram, which is always with you on your phone. If you prefer to set things up in your browser, keep a Prizmi tab open so the message can reach you, even when you are looking at something else.
