Is Prizmi safe to use? How is my data protected?

Security and privacy are at the core of everything we build. Here is how Prizmi protects you:

• Your data is encrypted — Your information is encrypted and kept private. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI.
• End-to-end encryption on demand — You can mark any device skill as sensitive. When you do, results are encrypted end-to-end so that only your own device can open them. Nobody in between, not even Prizmi, can see the data.
• Your messages are private — Messages you send to Prizmi are encrypted and kept private. In your conversation with Prizmi (in a messaging app or your web browser), your history syncs across your devices so you can pick up where you left off, and you can clear it anytime.
• Commands are cryptographically signed — Every command sent to your devices is signed to prevent tampering. If anyone tries to alter a command in transit, your device will reject it.
• You make the final call — Prizmi does the work and gets everything ready, but you decide the important moments. On the web, it fills out forms but never clicks Submit, Pay, or Send. You make that final click yourself. For email, it writes drafts for you to send rather than sending on its own. More powerful actions, like changing or deleting a file, are turned off by default. You choose whether to enable them, and they always ask for your approval first.
• You approve actions — Commands that affect your devices can require your explicit approval before they run. You configure which skills need approval and which can run automatically.
• You control access — You decide which folders, websites, and skills Prizmi can use on each of your devices. Prizmi cannot override these permissions.
• Full account deletion — When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed.
• Secure payments — Prizmi never stores your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
