How to enable or disable proactive check-ins

Look for the Check-ins toggle in the top navigation bar. It sits next to your username on desktop, and inside the hamburger menu on mobile. Flip it on or off any time.

When you disable check-ins, Prizmi stops proactively messaging you immediately. You can re-enable them whenever you want. Prizmi will resume checking in within 48 hours.

Every check-in message also includes a reminder that you can turn off the feature from your dashboard.
