How to control what Prizmi can access on your computer
You have full control over what Prizmi can do on each of your computers. Access is restricted at multiple levels:
Skill-level control
- Go to Dashboard > Skills and open the Device Skills tab.
- Select a specific device or choose “All devices”.
- Toggle skills on or off — a disabled skill cannot be used, even if you ask for it.
- Enable “Requires approval” for any skill so Prizmi asks you before using it.
Folder access
In the Prizmi Link app, go to Settings > Permissions > Folder Access. You decide which folders Prizmi can read or write to. Prizmi cannot access folders outside this list and cannot change these permissions on its own.
Website access
When Prizmi uses your browser, it can only visit websites in your Website Access list (Prizmi Link app > Settings > Permissions > Website Access). Each computer has its own allowlist. You add or remove websites at any time.
Per-device permissions
Every setting above can be configured independently for each computer. Your work laptop can have different permissions than your home desktop.
