What if I want to limit what Prizmi can access on my computer?
You have full control over what Prizmi can do on each of your computers. When you install Prizmi Link, you decide what can be accessed. If you don't give permission, Prizmi cannot access it. You can:
- Choose which folders Prizmi may use, right in the Prizmi Link app. Prizmi can only work with files inside the folders you have allowed.
- Go to Dashboard > Skills > Device Skills and turn off any skills you do not want Prizmi to use, such as the File Organizer or more powerful actions like deleting files.
- For skills you want to keep but watch closely, enable “Requires approval” so Prizmi asks you every time.
You can set different permissions for each computer. For example, you might allow file access on your home computer but not on your work machine.
