Can Prizmi perform tasks on a schedule?

Yes! Prizmi supports two types of scheduled tasks:

Recurring tasks

These run automatically on a repeating schedule. Prizmi supports virtually any schedule you can think of. For example:

  • “Check my email every morning at 9 AM, find ones that need a response and draft replies for me”
  • “Send me the weather in San Francisco every weekday at 8 AM”
  • “Send me a motivational quote every day except Sunday at 7 AM”
  • “Search for technology news every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 PM”
  • “Send mom a good morning text every day at 9 AM”
  • “Give me the Apple stock price on the 1st of every month at 9 AM”
  • “Send me the weather every weekday at 8 AM and 5 PM”
  • “Remind me to take a break every weekday at 10 AM and 3 PM”

Just describe your schedule in plain language and Prizmi will set it up. You can pause, resume, or cancel any recurring task at any time through chat or your Dashboard.

One-off tasks

These run once at a specific date and time. For example:

  • “Remind me to take my medication tomorrow at 8 AM”
  • “Send mom a birthday message on June 5th at 9 AM”
  • “Check the weather next Friday at 7 AM”

One-off tasks complete automatically after running. You can cancel them before they run through chat or your Dashboard.
