How often will Prizmi check in with me?

Prizmi adapts its check-in frequency based on your activity:

• At most once per day (minimum 24 hours between check-ins).
• At most 3 check-ins per week.
• If you don't respond to a few check-ins in a row, Prizmi backs off and checks in less frequently.
• If you've been active recently, Prizmi skips the check-in since you're already engaged.

The goal is to be helpful without being noisy. Prizmi only reaches out when it has something genuinely useful to say.
