What if I want to stop a recurring task temporarily?

You can pause any recurring task without canceling it:

  • Via chat: When scheduling a task, Prizmi will tell you how you can pause it;
  • Via Dashboard: Go to Dashboard > Tasks, open the Recurring tab, find the task, and click Pause.

When you are ready to start it again:

  • Via chat: when you schedule a task, Prizmi gives you instructions;
  • Via Dashboard: Click Resume on the paused task.

Your schedule and all settings are preserved while the task is paused.
