How to ask Prizmi to complete tasks on a website
Prizmi can use your browser to complete tasks on websites. Here is how:
- Make sure the Browser Use skill is enabled (Dashboard > Skills > Device Skills). If you also want Prizmi to fall back to screen control when a website blocks automation, enable OS-level input in the Prizmi Link app under Settings > Permissions.
- Send Prizmi a message describing what you need. Be specific about the website and the details. For example:
- “Fill out the check-in form on American Airlines. Last name Smith, confirmation ABC123.”
- “Set up vacation auto-reply on my work email.”
- Prizmi will ask for your approval before starting.
- Once approved, Prizmi opens the website in your browser, navigates to the right page, and completes the task: filling forms, clicking buttons, and scrolling as needed.
- When finished, Prizmi will let you know what it did. You can review the result and take over from there.
Tips for best results:
- Include all the details Prizmi will need (names, dates, confirmation numbers, etc.).
- Make sure the website is in your Website Access list (Prizmi Link app > Settings > Permissions > Website Access).
- Keep your browser visible on screen while Prizmi is working.
- You can tell Prizmi to stop at any point, for example: “just fill the form and I’ll take it from there.”
