What if a website blocks Prizmi?

Some websites detect and block automated browsers. When this happens, Prizmi can switch to screen control mode. It opens the website in your normal, everyday browser and interacts with it by reading the screen and controlling the mouse and keyboard, just like you would.

Before switching, Prizmi will ask for your approval and explain what it needs to do. You can approve or decline.

While in screen control mode:

• Prizmi can only interact with the browser window. It cannot click or type anywhere else on your screen.
• Prizmi cannot access the browser's address bar or navigate to a different website.
• You can stop Prizmi at any time by tapping Stop Session in your messaging app or clicking Stop on the session banner in the Prizmi Link app.
• The website must be in your Website Access list.

To use screen control mode, you need to enable OS-level input in the Prizmi Link app under Settings > Permissions. If it is not enabled, Prizmi will let you know that the website is blocked and cannot proceed.
