What happens if my computer is turned off?

If Prizmi needs your computer for a task but it is unavailable, Prizmi will automatically queue the task and keep trying for a period of time. You will be notified that the task is waiting.

Once your computer comes back online, the task will be completed automatically. If it cannot be reached within the retry period, you will be informed so you can try again later. You can always cancel your queued tasks by asking Prizmi or using your dashboard.
