What is usage, and what is usage credit?

Every Prizmi plan includes an amount of usage. Everything you ask Prizmi to do draws from it a little, and it refreshes automatically on a regular schedule. Your plan page shows a simple bar with how much you've used and when it refreshes, with no per-message math and no meter anxiety.

Usage credit is an optional one-time top-up (from $5) for the occasional stretch when you need more than your plan includes. It's only used after your plan's included usage, and it doesn't expire with your billing cycle.
