How to turn on notifications for web chat
Let Prizmi send you notifications in your browser so you never miss a reply, a reminder, or an update:
- Open Chat from your dashboard.
- When Prizmi asks, tap Enable notifications, then choose Allow in your browser.
- Keep a Prizmi tab (or your browser) open in the background, and Prizmi can then show a notification even when you are looking at something else.
You can turn notifications on or off anytime from Settings in Prizmi. If your browser is blocking them, click the small icon next to the web address (usually a padlock or a settings icon) and allow notifications there. Notifications work best when your computer’s own notifications are turned on and “Do Not Disturb” is off. To be reached even when your browser is fully closed, connect Telegram as well.
